Your appointments are very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unplanned issues can come up; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since these services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
*Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50 percent charge of the reserved service amount.
*After three “no-show” appointments, the individual will no longer be a client of Boho Beauty House.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our clients on the waitlist of any availability and allows me to manage my time.
Late Arrivals – Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require me to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.
Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes past appointment start time will forfeit their appointment and full payment is required
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the original packaging, unused and returned within 14 days from purchase date. Clients may request a product exchange, or credit within 21 days due to allergy or reaction.
